Modern 2-3 Modern is a classic dance technique utilizing strength and stability as dancers learn to fall and recover and work off center. Rooted in the Humphrey/Weidman technique of fall and recovery, dancers will be challenged in off center work, floor work, and more. Dancers will learn to expand and contract and create new and different shapes and movements with their bodies. Explored in a high energy, dynamic class setting.
