Our Policies

Studio Policies

Tuition is based on a nine month season, September through early June. Choose from two different payment plans. Tuition may be paid on a monthly basis and is due at the beginning of each month or you may choose full year payment, receiving 10% off tuition for paying the full year by September 15th. There is a yearly registration fee of $35.00 per student.

Tuition is due the first week of each month. Late payments ( after the 8th of each month ) will be subject to a $15.00 per month late fee. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. Class Cards are available for select classes.


All registered students may make up missed lessons, therefore no refund will be made if a student misses a class. Missed lessons may be made up anytime by taking an extra class within the dance school year. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.

If there is a lapse in payment of tuition or a student drops out, the student forfeits the right to any make-up classes.

If a student is registered for 2 or more classes per week but wishes to decrease the number of classes per week, the student forfeits the right to any make-up classes under the original schedule of classes.

Private Lessons: Students will be charged unless a 24-hour cancellation notice is given.

The Holiday/Vacation schedule posted in the studio is not included in the nine month season tuition and therefore is not subject to be made up.

Make-up lesson policy applies to classes missed due to weather closing or unscheduled studio holiday.

Withdrawl Policies

Withdrawal requests must be made through the studio office - 314-991-1663 or and will be applied to the following month. Tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
