Babies and Tykes - Introducing children as young as 3 months old to movement and music education can be a fun and engaging experience that offers dynamic developmental benefits. This program offers a playful and creative approach to movement and music education, fostering exploration, discovery, and creativity in its youngest learners. Class combines dance, music, and play to nurture young learners.
- The curriculum is based on international dance and music education standards and current best practices in early childhood development. It's understood that every child is unique and has their own pace of learning. Therefore, the program is designed to cater to the needs of every child.
- Every class introduces a new music and movement concept through sensory activities, circle dances, rhymes and songs, and movement exploration.
- The class is designed to be enjoyable for both babies and their caregivers. We encourage caregivers to participate in the class and bond with their child through movement and music. Class will prioritize "fun on purpose", ensuring that dancers and caregivers alike will enjoy every moment of the class.

Tots - In this class, the focus is on nurturing gross motor, emotional, and social development through various movement concepts, circle dances, free exploration, songs and rhymes, and sensory activities. By encouraging this type of exploration and discovery, little ones develop their curiosity and joy for learning. Moreover, caregivers will have the opportunity to delight in their child's growth and development as they make friends and socialize with others.
- The Tots Caregiver and Me class is designed for children ages 2-3 years and their caregivers to explore the joy of dance and movement together. This class offers a lively environment for independent movers and their caregivers to discover and explore movement concepts while gaining balance, flexibility, and coordination.
- The curriculum is designed to provide opportunities for problem-solving, using animated storytelling, songs and rhymes, instruments, props, and simple choreography to add fun and excitement.
- This is a great stepping stone for students preparing for their Pre-Dance classes.

Adaptive - The Adaptive Caregiver and Me class for ages 1-4 years old is an inclusive program that welcomes children with genetic differences, cognitive disabilities, physical challenges and sensory processing disorders. This class is designed to encourage participation and creativity through animated storytelling, songs and rhymes, instruments, props, and simple choreography. Each class is tailored to the unique needs of the children enrolled, ensuring that all children are able to participate and have fun.
- Through dance, music and sensory activities, children are encouraged to explore their creativity, build their confidence, and develop their motor skills. The program is designed to enhance lifelong learning and neural development, while also providing a fun and engaging experience for children and their caregivers.
- In addition, this class offers an opportunity for parents and caregivers of the dancers to come together and form a community of support and understanding.

Adaptive Beginner - The beginner level adaptive dance classes are open to anyone aged five and over. Our approach is based on cognitive, intellectual, sensory and physical abilities, rather than age. The beginner level incorporates activities like rhythm lessons, sensory exercises, creative movement, across the floor gross-motor practice, choreography and purposeful games, all in a 30-minute class. To ensure that every student is engaged, safe and involved in the activities, there will be a minimum 1:2 assistant-to-student ratio in the beginner level. This class will explore jazz, hip hop, lyrical and creative movement and will perform in the end of the season recital.
